We have been following the Coronavirus outbreak since it first entered the UK in early March 2020. We have put in place certain practices to reduce exposure to our team whilst ensuring the continued safety of our clients.

As we continue to follow Government guidelines on how tradespeople can continue to operate in peoples homes, we ask our clients to practice social distancing where possible whilst we are in attendance, and ask our clients to wear face coverings when inside with members of our team.

At the top of this screen you can see who out of the team is available and actively carrying out work.

 

We are insisting on certain measures between ourselves and our clients, designed to protect us both, as below.

​

• We will maintain a distance of 2 metres when working in your property. We ask you to do the same at all times. Don't take offence, but we won't be shaking your hand for a while.

• We will provide our own beverages - but thanks for the offer.

• We will always wear gloves in your property and will sanitise our hands before entering your property and on leaving your property.

• We will sanitise our tools and van after each property visit.

• We will invoice you electronically and will only accept digital payment through bank transfer. For the time being we will not be accepting cash payments.

• We will let you know as soon as we are aware of any change in circumstances that may affect your booking with us.

• We ask that you let us know in advance of attending your property if you are self isolating, if you have had any symptoms of the COVID-19 virus in the last seven days or if you have anyone staying at your property who is considered vulnerable.   

• We will happily try to  accommodate any further protections that you suggest.
